The investment objective of the Fund is to seek long-term total returns in excess of the MSCI All Country Asia Pacific Technology Custom Sector Index (the “Index”), primarily through investing in the equity securities of technology and technology related companies listed or operating in the Asia region. The Investment Manager will actively manage the Fund, using bottom up, company specific analysis to invest in publicly traded securities of companies domiciled in the Asia region that the Investment Manager believes will benefit from the region’s growing importance in the technology sector.
