The objective of the ETP Securities is to provide -3 times the value of the daily performance of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Limited ADR equity security, net of fees and expenses. The ETP securities seek to track the iSTOXX Inverse Leveraged -3x TSM Index (the "Index") which provides exposure to -3 times the daily performance of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Limited ADR equity security (the “Reference Asset”).
