Perrigo Increases its Quarterly Dividend

DUBLIN, Feb. 26, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Perrigo Company plc (NYSE: PRGO), a leading global provider of Consumer Self-Care Products, announces that its Board of Directors has approved a 1% increase in the Company's quarterly dividend to $0.276 per share, or $1.10 per share on an annual basis, up from $0.273 per share. This marks the 21^st consecutive year Perrigo has increased its dividend.

The cash dividend is payable on March 26, 2024, to shareholders of record on March 8, 2024.
