The Sub-Fund is actively managed. The Sub-Fund is not managed in reference to a benchmark. The objective of the Sub-Fund is to achieve capital appreciation over the long term by investing worldwide in a diversified portfolio consisting of (i) fixed-rate and floating rate debt securities, including convertible bonds, (ii) equity and equity equivalent securities, (iii) units of UCITS or UCIs, (iv) financial derivative instruments and (v) Cash and Cash Equivalents.
