Mischfonds

Mischfonds gelten als Investmentfonds, die in mehrere Anlageklassen, wie z.B. Aktien, Rentenpapiere, Rohstoffe und Immobilien gleichzeitig investieren können. Fondsmanager haben einen größeren Anlagespielraum, da Wachstumschancen von riskanteren Anlagen wie Aktien mit Erträgen aus risikoärmeren Anlagen wie Anleihen kombiniert werden. Das Mischungsverhältnis richtet sich nach der jeweiligen Strategie. Gemischte Sondervermögen haben eine viel größere Auswahl an Anlageinstrumenten im Vergleich zu traditionellen Wertpapier-Mischfonds.

Zudem gibt es Mischfonds mit ausdrücklicher Nutzung der Möglichkeiten an den Termin- und Optionsbörsen. Von dieser Möglichkeit wird oftmals zum Zwecke der Absicherung vor Kursverlusten Gebrauch gemacht.

Mischfonds eignen sich für Sparer, die langfristig mit Fonds ein Vermögen aufbauen wollen. Weder Zeit noch Wissen werden von den Anlegern vorausgesetzt um ein Portfolio aufzubauen und zu verwalten. Diese Arbeit übernimmt ein Fondsmanager. Anleger können aus einer Vielzahl an Fonds mit unterschiedlichen Chance-Risiko-Profilen auswählen.

In dieser Kategorie finden sich auch die Dachfonds und die Zertifikatefonds. Dachfonds („Funds of Funds“) sind Fonds, die selbst in Fonds investieren. Die Fonds in welche der Dachfonds investiert ist nennt man Zielfonds. Mit dieser Strategie lässt sich eine sehr breite Risikostreuung erreichen, denn die Zielfonds des Dachfonds nehmen selbst eine Risikostreuung bei der Auswahl ihrer Portfolio Instrumente vor über die der Dachfonds dann diversifizieren kann.
