NORBIT – New registered share capital

Trondheim, 30 August 2024: NORBIT ASA (the "Company") refers to the announcement on 19 August 2024 and the share capital increase in relation to incentive programs to employees.

The share capital increase was registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on 30 August 2024, and the Company's new registered share capital is NOK 6,361,459.70, divided into 63,614,597 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
