The Management Board mandate of Alexandra Rester as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RATH AG was terminated by mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board.
On September 23, 2024, the Supervisory Board and Alexandra Rester agreed to terminate the Executive Board mandate and the Executive Board contract prematurely, and the termination of the contractual relationship was mutually agreed. Their agendas will be taken over by Andreas Pfneiszl. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Alexandra Rester for her dedicated commitment to the Rath Group. End of Inside Information
