Ignitis Group has retained ‘BBB+’ credit rating

AB "Ignitis grupe” (hereinafter – the Group or Ignitis Group) informs that an international credit ratings agency, S&P Global Ratings, after performing the annual review of the Group’s credit rating, affirmed ‘BBB+’ (stable outlook) credit rating. You can find the credit rating report here (link).

"The Group's strategy includes a commitment to maintain a high credit rating. This credit rating affirmation confirms that we follow through on our goals, ensure sustainable finances and are prepared to implement our investment plan,” said Jonas Rimavicius, Management Board Member and CFO at Ignitis Group.

‘BBB+’ credit rating was first awarded to the Group in June 2017.
