BEDFORD, Mass., July 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Diversified Technologies, Inc. (DTI) has introduced a fully integrated turnkey package housing a DC power supply and all of the electronic components and controls needed to drive a gyrotron transmitter.

The DTI Gyrotron Power Supply Unit (PSU) is a fully integrated turnkey package that houses a DC power supply, modulator switch driver, depressed collector supplies, and all controls. Incorporating everything required to drive a gyrotron in one cabinet, this system features a fault protector that instantly shuts down the power to prevent damage to the gyrotron.

Capable of supporting multistage depressed collection, the DTI Gyrotron Power Supply Unit (PSU) can be built to provide 30 to 200 kV with power levels to 2 MW. A control dishpan houses the main system controls and indicators including a Kirk Key interface, E-stop button, analog meter, and BNC monitor, which allows convenient monitoring of buffered signals from the control board.

The DTI Gyrotron Power Supply Unit (PSU) is priced from $1,000,000. depending upon customer requirements.
