The First Bancorp Declares Third Quarter Dividend

The First Bancorp (NASDAQ: FNLC), the parent company of First National Bank, today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 35 cents per share. This third quarter dividend is payable October 20, 2023 to shareholders of record as of October 10, 2023.

Based on the September 27, 2023 closing price of $23.37 per share, the annualized dividend of $1.40 per share represents an attractive yield of 5.99%."
