OTTAWA, ON, July 14, 2025 /CNW/ - Frontenac Mortgage Investment Corporation ("FMIC" or the "Company") announced today that Meghan Davis has tendered her resignation as a director and interim chair of the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") effective July 7, 2025, due to personal reasons.
