Delta Cube3 technology reduces environmental impact with zero-water waste cooling.

Spanning 3,800 square feet, the newly commissioned data hall delivers 1 MW of critical capacity and is engineered to support high-density server deployments up to 30kW per cabinet. Central to this data center's design is the award-winning Delta Cube3 cooling technology, which captures and removes heat directly at its source, significantly enhancing cooling efficiency and optimizing power utilization.

The scalable and flexible Delta Cube3 design eliminates the need for infrastructure reconfiguration, adapting to evolving IT demands—including the increasing power requirements of next-generation technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and high-performance computing (HPC) applications—without compromising on efficiency or environmental impact.

Commitment to Sustainability and Data Center Infrastructure Innovation

Reflecting Netrality's dedication to sustainability, the Delta Cube3 technology not only enhances cooling efficiency with lower power usage to cool denser IT environments, it also reduces environmental impact by utilizing a zero-water waste, closed-loop system.

The completion of the newest data hall has been facilitated in part by a recent $380 million sustainability-linked loan, underscoring Netrality's broader environmental commitments to pursue advanced infrastructural upgrades and buildouts that meet critical power utilization targets and are aligned with responsible growth.

Strategic Connectivity and Midwest Regional Benefits

As the core interconnection point for Indianapolis, the Indy Telcom Center not only offers ultra-low latency connectivity to major Midwest cities such as Chicago, St. Louis, and Kansas City, it also serves as a critical hub for national data transit. Its strategic location enhances connectivity for customers within the region and those transiting data coast-to-coast, enabling efficient, scalable, and secure data management and access across diverse geographical locations. With over 40 on-net providers, the Indy Telcom Center serves as a major colocation and interconnection point, supporting robust network architectures and agile network solutions for high-demand IT infrastructures.

A Word from Our Leadership

"We are excited to unveil the new data hall, which is just one part of our broader strategy to enhance and expand the Indy Telcom Center since our acquisition," said Gerald M. Marshall, President and CEO of Netrality Data Centers. "Our ongoing campus investments, including significant infrastructure upgrades to buildings like 701 West Henry, are a testament to our commitment to providing cutting-edge and sustainable data center solutions. These enhancements are designed to meet the growing demands of the digital economy and ensure our clients receive the most reliable, scalable, and efficient colocation and interconnection solutions available."
