The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investors with long-term capital appreciation. In seeking to achieve its investment objective the Fund intends to directly invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of companies with a market capitalization typically in excess of US$200 million at the time of initial investment, that are either primarily traded on the China Markets or in Taiwan (such as China H Shares), or that derive at least 50% of their revenues from business activities in China or Taiwan, but which may be listed and traded on other Recognised Exchanges.
