The fund invests in sustainable buildings located in selected prosperous western European metropolitan centers which are flourishing economically and at the same time offer a high-level personal quality of life in good social surroundings, an appropriate level of environmental protection and favorable political conditions. In these markets, the investment and renting risks are low. The sustainability analysis is conducted by the Sustainable Research team of J. Safra Sarasin Asset Management.
