The MSCI Europe Index captures large and mid cap representation across 15 developed markets countries in Europe. The MSCI Europe Index consists of the following 15 developed market country indices: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK. Pursuant to the index rules the index is rebalanced on a quarterly basis and may also be rebalanced at other times, e.g. in order to reflect corporate activity such as mergers and acquisitions, as provided for in the index rules.
