The publication of the annual and consolidated financial statements for 2024 is scheduled for August 29, 2025. The Annual General Meeting for the 2024 financial year is scheduled to take place on October 10, 2025. The postponement of the dates is necessary as the financial statements of some subsidiaries are not yet complete. There are no operational reasons for the postponement.
