The 2025 SaaS Awards Shortlist Announced
International Software-as-a-Service Awards Program Confirms Shortlist
NEW YORK and LONDON, June 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The shortlist for The 2025 SaaS Awards, operated by global cloud computing awards body, The Cloud Awards, has been announced today.
The SaaS Awards provides a global recognition platform for software-as-a-service vendors to have their latest achievements celebrated. The program covers all areas of SaaS - rewarding technical excellence, such as in the use of artificial intelligence or displaying outstanding innovation – through to using SaaS to support business operations including sales & marketing, HR, or analytics. Ingenuity in 'vertical SaaS' is also spotlighted, in sectors including retail, utilities, and manufacturing – as well as overall excellence in supporting businesses large or small.
The shortlist contains organizations headquartered all over the globe, and of varying sizes – from established names to emerging startups.

"Since the first edition of The SaaS Awards in 2016 we've seen a number of trends rise, pass, and evolve. Today's product-led, flexible, AI-driven SaaS landscape has evolved from the sales-led, horizontal SaaS world of ten years ago. The democratization effect of AI has made it much harder, though not impossible, for SaaS vendors to rely on features or functionality to help them stand out from the crowd. Investment in customer success, loyalty, and retention appears to be the key to driving further innovation in the industry.

The SaaS Awards judges will now start the second round of judging to determine which of the shortlistees are to be taken forwards as finalists. SaaS Awards finalists will be announced on Tuesday July 22, with the winners then revealed in August.
The program will return to welcome new submissions in 2026, to continue recognizing the latest achievements in software-as-a-service.

Entries are open for the final two Cloud Awards programs for 2025. The A.I. Awards, and The Cloud Awards, which celebrate the latest breakthroughs in artificial intelligence and cloud computing, have their deadlines in July, and October respectively. Earlybird entries are also open to 2026's awards, including The 2026 FinTech Awards, and The 2026 Security Awards.
