The objective of the ETP Securities is to provide -5 times the value of the daily performance of the iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF , net of fees and expenses. The ETP securities seek to pursue the -5x Short 20+ Year Treasury Bond Investment Strategy (the "Investment Strategy") which provides exposure to -5 times the daily performance of the iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (the “Reference Asset”).
