The Fund’s investment objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 95% of its Net Asset Value in equity and equity-related securities such as convertible securities (excluding contingent convertible securities), warrants, ADRs, GDRs and preferred stock. The Fund may invest in certain types of derivatives for efficient portfolio management and hedging, which are options, futures and options on futures, swaps (including total return swaps), and, forward currency exchange contracts. The Fund may be leveraged as a result of investment in derivatives. However, in accordance with the UCITS Regulations, the Fund will not be leveraged in excess of 100% of its Net Asset Value.
