PHOENIX, May 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Chronicle Heritage is pleased to announce that Jonielle Dedman will be its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Chronicle Heritage

Dedman comes to Chronicle Heritage from Equipment Management Service and Repair (EMSAR), where she served as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Prior to EMSAR, Dedman was Vice President of Service Business at Haag-Streit USA. Before that, she served in various leadership roles at Otis Elevator.

Dedman has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California'sMarshall School of Business.

Dedman is "a strategic, results-oriented executive with experience in profit and loss, operations, and sales leadership," said Tom Barrett, Chairman at Chronicle Heritage and Operating Partner at The Riverside Company. "She has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and is able to create both the vision for an organization and the tactical steps to achieve it. She is a proven leader through transition and change, able to translate skills and experience across industries, and has been recognized for employee engagement and exceeding profit goals."

Among Dedman's various accolades, under her leadership as COO, EMSAR was recognized as Best in Field Service 2025 in a national competition for "Most Innovative & New Approach to Service Delivery".

Before moving into field services and the private sector, Dedman spent over half a decade working for a university in various capacities -- running a business degree program for physicians, and bridging the gap between academics and entrepreneurs.

"I've navigated across industries not because I'm chasing titles, but because I specialize in making complex systems work better — blending the rigor of a Fortune 500 mindset with the speed, resilience, and flexibility that private equity demands," said Dedman.

In her personal life, Dedman is a leave-no-trace backpacker with more than 2,000 trail miles underfoot.

"I find peace, purpose, and perspective in the outdoors," Dedman said. "It's not just a hobby, it's a lens through which I see the world: respect for the land, moving with intention, and a belief that what we build should outlast us without leaving harm behind."

Between professional experience and personal passion, Dedman feels she is the ideal leader to guide Chronicle Heritage into a promising future.

"I'm here to help build something real, something that lasts, and something that works for the business, for the people, and for the places we impact," she said.
