Crum & Forster Releases 2024 Impact & Belonging Report Showcasing Commitment to Culture, Community and Social Impact
MORRISTOWN, N.J., June 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Crum & Forster (C&F) announces publication of its 2024 Impact & Belonging Report, highlighting how its culture of belonging and community driven efforts continue to foster employee engagement, community connection and social impact.

Key highlights from the 2024 report include:
- Culture and Recognition: In 2024, 95% of employees said C&F is a great place to work and that the company is committed to social responsibility. C&F was honored with the Great Place To Work® certification for the fourth consecutive year and recognized by Fortune as one of the Best Workplaces for Millennials, Women, Parents, and within the Financial Services and Insurance Industries.
- Corporate Giving and Community Support: C&F donated to more than 850 nonprofits through charitable giving and employee-driven programs, including the Charitable Impact Committee, C&F Cares Program and Employee Resource Group (ERG) charitable giving. These efforts continued to drive a culture of giving and volunteerism in support of the communities where employees live and work.
- Education and Career Development: C&F is committed to helping its employees realize their full potential through continuous learning opportunities at every stage of their careers. In 2024, employees spent more than 18,000 hours on continued learning, supported by virtual and hands-on learning programs. Reflecting its belief that access to education is essential for unlocking potential and paving the way for future generations, C&F also partnered with organizations like HISPA (Hispanics Inspiring Students' Performance and Achievement), hosting an immersive learning experience, "Imagine Day," introducing students to careers in the insurance industry.
In addition, the company provided financial assistance for college studies to 285 high school students who are C&F employee dependents, awarding scholarships through its internal scholarship program. - Belonging and Employee Wellbeing: C&F expanded wellness programs for employees and their families, including flexible fitness solutions, mental health support and other programs that reflect the diverse needs of its workforce. The company's seven ERGs, which are open to all employees, continued to foster inclusion, build community and engage with mission-aligned nonprofit partners in support of Belonging@C&F.
