Admiral announces that, following regulatory approval, Andy Crossley has been appointed Chair of the Group Risk Committee effective from 23 October 2023. This follows a period as interim Chair since 22 February 2022. The members of the Group Risk Committee are Andy Crossley (Chair), Karen Green, Jayaprakasa (JP) Rangaswami and Cristina Nestares.

This notification is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11
