RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., July 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Inland Empire Health Plan's culture and growth opportunities fuel its fifth Great Place To Work Certification™ from Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors.

Inland Empire Health Plan earned Great Place To Work Certification™ from Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors, for the fifth year in a row. Health plan team members embrace after completing an Ice Bucket Challenge outside IEHP's Rancho Cucamonga headquarters in May.

"This recognition is a reflection of the hard work and dedication our entire organization puts in every day," said IEHP Chief Executive Officer Jarrod McNaughton. "Our highly engaged team members are an integral part of helping our members get the care they need, and we all share an immense sense of pride in serving the communities here in the Inland Empire."

The 2025 Great Place To Work® survey launched in April and tracks responses from five categories and 15 subcategories, such as credibility, respect and fairness. More than 3,600 team members—over 90% of IEHP's workforce—completed the survey, with 88% surveyed in agreement with the statement: "Taking everything into account, I would say [IEHP] is a great place to work."

Results also showed that 96% of those surveyed believe IEHP is a physically safe place to work, while 95% said IEHP has special unique benefits and treats people fairly, regardless of their sexual orientation.

Since its founding in 1996, IEHP has grown into one of the Inland Empire's largest employers. Career coaching, fitness classes, tuition reimbursement and financial assistance are among the benefits available to team members. IEHP also has a strong work-life balance, a common theme found among survey feedback provided.

"At IEHP, our team members are at the core of everything we do," said IEHP Chief People Officer Supriya Sood. "We're committed to building a workplace where people feel seen, supported and empowered to grow professionally and as their whole selves. This recognition reflects the culture we've built together, and we will continue to invest in experiences, connections and opportunities that help our team members thrive from day one."

Great Place To Work® research shows job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company's profits, and have a fair share of promotion.

"Great Place To Work® Certification™ is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience," said Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work Sarah Lewis-Kulin. "By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that IEHP stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees."
