He then spent 17 years at IHS Markit (acquired by S&P Global for $44 billion), where he joined as one of its early employees and rose to Senior Partner and Head of APAC Financial Services. There, he played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a global fintech and data powerhouse.

At IHS Markit, Kiet led the development of new products and tradeable asset classes, scaled global operations, and launched ecosystem businesses. He also successfully executed and integrated multibillion-dollar acquisitions and managed a data division generating over $150 million in EBITDA.

Most recently, Kiet served as Co-Founder and Chairman of PEER DATA, a next-generation data asset management platform helping organizations to transform their data into strategic assets.

His global expertise spans enterprise SaaS, capital markets, valuation, pricing, M&A, ecosystem strategy, and applied AI, making him exceptionally well-suited to drive Lukka's continued expansion as the digital asset economy matures.
