PRIVACY ALERT: Columbia University Under Investigation for Data Breach of Records

The unauthorized actor had access to at least 460 gigabytes of the following data from Columbia University faculty, staff, applicants, students, and their families: Social Security numbers, student university identification numbers, student financial aid packages, employee pay, citizenship status, and data on applicants, including admission decisions and the programs they applied to.
