American Alliance for Equal Rights Launches New Initiative to Support Whistleblowers Reporting Illegal Racial Discrimination

AUSTIN, Texas, July 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Alliance for Equal Rights (AAER) has announced a new section on its website dedicated to individuals who have witnessed or possess evidence of illegal racial discrimination at their workplace, school, or other federally funded institution. Through this initiative, AAER invites whistleblowers to confidentially report such misconduct with the potential for significant legal and financial outcomes.

This new resource is designed to educate the public about the False Claims Act which is a federal law that allows private individuals to bring claims on behalf of the United States government when they believe taxpayer funds have been paid to entities engaging in illegal conduct. If successful, these claims can result in the government recouping funds and levying penalties, with the whistleblower often entitled to a share of the recovery.
