"Crossroads is privileged to begin serving the New Kensington and Ford City communities with compassionate, patient-centered care," said Dr. Rupert McCormac, IV, Founder and CEO of Crossroads. "As the largest provider of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services in Pennsylvania, we look forward to offering additional tools and support to Dr. Kaur's patients—including care management, measurement-based care and access to our 24/7/365 Patient Access Center."

Family Health Services was founded by Dr. Prakash Kaur, whose practice has earned a strong reputation for clinical excellence and deep community engagement. Caring for a diverse patient population, including many individuals covered by Medicaid, Family Health Services providers are seen as vital to the community. The partnership with Crossroads reinforces both organizations' shared mission to improve public health and recovery outcomes across the greater Pittsburgh region. Dr. Kaur will join the Crossroads medical operations team and remain actively involved throughout the integration process to ensure continuity of care and a smooth transition for both patients and staff.

With this acquisition, Crossroads operates 100+ centers across nine states, continuing to remove barriers to care and supporting recovery with dignity, respect and evidence-based treatment.
