Mina, who is based out of the Bank’s newest location in Garden City, New York, is a successful banker with more than 20 years of experience in financial services. She joins Peapack Private Bank & Trust from Flagstar Bank, Astoria, NY, where she most recently served as a vice president and group director, responsible for enhanced customer satisfaction through the development of service improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with company regulations and industry standards through regular audits.

Prior to her 20 years at Flagstar, formerly Signature Bank, Mina worked at Marathon Bank as a Branch Manager, where she provided guidance and support to team members, focusing on customer service, and building strong client relationships.
