JACKSONVILLE, Fla., June 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Greenshades Software, a leading provider of payroll, human resources and tax software for companies that need purpose-built human capital management solutions for their industries, announced today that Vince Murdica has been named CEO and that David Rosas, the company's co-founder and longtime CEO, is changing roles to take on a senior advisory position within the company. The leadership change marks a new period of growth and an accelerated market capture to take Greenshades, backed by financial sponsors WayPoint Capital Partners and ACE & Company, to the next level.

"I'm honored to step into this role to build on the strong foundation established by David Rosas and his leadership team as we continue growing Greenshades into the world's leading human capital management software provider," said Murdica. "While many human capital management companies have pursued broad, one-size-fits-all solutions for the entire market, Greenshades has taken the opposite approach. We've created, from the ground up, a suite of purpose-built human capital management software solutions for the specific needs of vertical markets, such as the staffing, light industrial and transportation markets. The growing mid-sized and enterprise companies of the future will continue to differentiate their businesses based on the complex needs of their industry, organizational complexity, industry regulation and geography. Doing this requires industry-specific human capital management platforms."

Murdica is a veteran software-as-a-service executive who brings more than 25 years of experience in driving transformative revenue growth, shaping go-to-market strategies and driving enterprise value creation. He most recently was global head of growth for human resources compliance at Mitratech, where he led go-to-market teams and spearheaded merger-and-acquisition efforts to scale the business. Prior to Mitratech, Murdica served as chief revenue officer at Mineral, where he grew the company from under $10 million in annual recurring revenue to over $100 million and almost 2 million customers, navigating all stages of growth, including venture capital funding, private equity ownership and a successful acquisition by Mitratech. Previously, he held senior sales and general manager positions, and led more than six successful exits at such technology companies as Ambiq Micro, Ozmo Devices and Atmel, among others.

Since its start in 2002, Greenshades has grown its customer base to more than 4,000 U.S. companies, including such organizations as Goodwill, Papa John's and the University of Denver. The company's payroll, human resources and tax services now support over 2 million employees.

"It's been a privilege to be able to start Greenshades and lead our success over these 23 years, but I'm ready to welcome a new leader to guide the company for this next phase of growth," said Rosas. "Vince is the perfect leader to take us into this next chapter. I look forward to moving into a senior adviser role and partnering with him to chart Greenshades' next phase as we continue our leadership in human capital management software."

According to the Business Research Company, the human capital management market is expected to grow rapidly this decade as a result of the growth of cloud-based human resources management software, significant growth in the e-commerce sector, and continuing globalization. The market is forecast to grow from $23.89 billion in 2024, to $26.31 billion in 2025, to $39.32 billion in 2029, at a compound annual growth rate of 10%.
