The invention provides an effective way to prevent impaired driving. In doing so, it prevents a drunk driver from lifting a bottle or can of alcohol at night and going unnoticed. It would clearly signal that alcohol is being consumed. As a result, it increases safety. The invention features a simple and tamperproof design that is easy to use so it is ideal for manufacturers and distributors of alcohol, governmental authorities, etc.

The original design was submitted to the National sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
