Make Mother's Day Memorable with Beef
The Beef. It's What's For Dinner. brand shares three, brand new brunch recipes crafted just for impressing mom.
DENVER, May 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- – You may be wondering how to dazzle the woman who does it all this Mother's Day. That's why the Beef. It's What's For Dinner. brand, funded by Beef farmers and ranchers, is sharing a few brand-new recipes designed to take your Mother's Day brunch celebration up a notch with beef.
Give mom a taste of France with these Creamy Beef Vol Au Vents. Puff pastry shells filled with beef smothered in a creamy herb sauce, this classic French dish offers both incredible taste and an authentic experience all in the comfort of your own home. And if mom is wondering what to do with last night's leftover beef tenderloin, this recipe serves as the perfect opportunity to enjoy it in a completely new dish.
Speaking of leftovers, what better way to use beef brisket than for these Brisket Deviled Eggs. A simple appetizer popular on most brunch menus, the smoky addition of beef topped on these traditional deviled eggs will keep mom coming back for more.
Whether you plan on staying home or getting mom out of the house, this Beefy Breakfast Strudel with Gravy is both tasty and easy to handle if you're on the go. Using leftover corned beef, hash browns, eggs and gravy tucked in a flaky, braided crust – these strudel pastries are great for making ahead if you have plans to take mom outside to celebrate this year.
