Dr. Berry is a highly accomplished psychiatrist with a diverse and rich background in mental health treatment. He earned his bachelor's degree in urban planning from the University of Southern California before pursuing his calling in medicine, completing his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn. His postgraduate training includes a residency in Adult Psychiatry at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, where he graduated at the top of his class.

Specializing in treatment-resistant depression, trauma disorders, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, substance use disorders, and personality disorders, Dr. Berry brings deep expertise in helping individuals with severe mental illness. Most recently, he served as a partner psychiatrist at Southern California Permanente Medical Group, providing compassionate care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. As a former Clinical Assistant Professor at the Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine, he demonstrated his commitment to advancing the field through education, mentoring the next generation of mental health providers while maintaining his dedication to patient and family education.
