NOVATAE RISK GROUP NAMES INDUSTRY LEADER ANJU ARORA AS ITS NEW VP DATA, BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & INNOVATION

DALLAS, July 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Novatae Risk Group (Novatae), a top 10 largest MGA and underwriting manager, announced today that it has named industry leader Anju Arora as Vice President of data, business intelligence and innovation. In this newly created role, Arora will spearhead Novatae's data-driven transformation overseeing business intelligence, analytics, and innovation programs that align with the firm's growth objectives. She will be a member of the executive leadership team and will work closely with President Nick Greggains to build bridges between actuarial, underwriting, claims and technology teams to drive collaboration that fuels sustainable growth and profitability.

Arora comes to Novatae with more than 25 years of insurance industry experience specializing in actuarial science, regulatory compliance and product development. Her expertise spans start-ups and established organizations, including, most recently, Ethos Specialty, part of Ascot Group. Prior to that, she held actuarial and consulting roles with AXA XL, The Hartford and Deloitte.

Arora holds a B.A. in Actuarial Science and Mathematics from the University of Connecticut and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

She assumed her new role at Novatae on July 15, 2025.
