The AmeriFlex Group® Continues Affiliation Model with Summit Financial & Insurance Services
Jerry Kleber, Raz Bracha, and Leah Pattison partner with The AmeriFlex Group® Hybrid RIA
LAS VEGAS, July 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The AmeriFlex Group® ("the firm"), a rapidly growing, advisor-owned hybrid RIA that puts financial planning first, today announced that Summit Financial & Insurance Services (Summit) has officially joined its hybrid RIA, which consists of The AmeriFlex Group RIA and Cambridge Investment Research as its broker-dealer partner.
Jerry Kleber, Raz Bracha and Leah Pattison lead Summit and are based in Brea, California. As transitional wealth planners, their advisory practice supports individual investors with specialized financial planning and customized investment approaches, business owners with qualified plans and individuals experiencing transitional events such as the sale of a home or business, loss of a loved one, retirement or change in marital status. Along with their support staff, Summit's leadership manages approximately $280 million of client funds and assets.
"The transition of the Summit team further supports that a truly independent and advisor-owned entity, such as The AmeriFlex Group, will continue to attract and win top-tier independent-minded financial advisors, now and into the future," said Thomas Goodson, CEO & Founder of The AmeriFlex Group. "Jerry, Raz and Leah are incredible additions to our team, and we are thrilled we continue to serve as the home for hybrid advisors."
Jesse Kurrasch, CFP® and COO The AmeriFlex Group added, "As an ever-increasing number of quality financial advisors contact our firm, one thing is becoming clear – advisors consistently express to us that they want true independence, and a boutique feel within a larger organization. Moreover, what they do not want is the pressure that may be exerted upon them by other firms to move assets on platform."
Renewed Momentum After Transition to Cambridge
Last month, The AmeriFlex Group transitioned to Cambridge Investment Research as its broker-dealer partner. The firm identified Cambridge's highly collaborative culture, its resources that support the growth and other business objectives of its financial advisors and its independence as reasons for making the change.
"Cambridge stands out as the only truly independent, scaled wealth management platform in our industry that also has a very clear and detailed plan to stay that way," Goodson explained at the time.
"Not only was this transition seamless and expeditious, but momentum is clearly on our side, as less than a month after this process started, we have already welcomed this elite team of advisors with an additional $280 million from another platform to our firm," Goodson concluded.
