SONOMA, Calif., July 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- This summer, Three Sticks Wines invites guests to experience a new way to enjoy wine country with the launch of its Sonoma Seasonal Lunch, The Adobe Table, offered at noon Sunday through Friday at the historic Vallejo-Casteñada Adobe. Crafted in partnership with celebrated Napa chef Brooke Garlieb of Brooke's Table, this new offering is a natural extension of Three Sticks' commitment to hospitality, community, and unforgettable wine and food pairings.

Three Sticks Wines | Crafted by Legends, Rooted in People

"Our guests have been asking for more opportunities to gather at the Adobe. More time to slow down, enjoy, and connect," says Prema Kerollis, GM of Three Sticks. "Brooke's approach to food brings exactly the spirit we wanted: seasonal, approachable, and deeply rooted in this place we call home."

Brooke's culinary journey began in Napa in 2017, when she moved to attend the Culinary Institute of America. She went on to cook at acclaimed wine country kitchens, including Silver Oak and Robert Sinskey Vineyards, where she deepened her passion for seasonal, farm-to-table cooking.

"I'm constantly inspired by what's in season. Sometimes, all it takes is one ingredient, like a perfectly ripe tomato at the farmers market, and an entire dish comes to life around it," says Brooke. I took the same approach in creating this lunch, keeping it fresh, thoughtful, and inspired by what's growing right now."

The Sonoma Seasonal Lunch offering will feature an ever-changing menu inspired by what's fresh and abundant, thoughtfully paired with by-the-glass selections of Three Sticks' small-production estate wines. Guests can expect a relaxed yet elevated experience, perfect for midweek indulgence, unhurried conversations, and a glass (or two) of Sonoma's finest.

A Story Rooted in Legends and Community

More than a winery, Three Sticks is a living tribute to Sonoma's past and present. Its home, the Vallejo-Casteñada Adobe, built in 1842 for General Mariano Vallejo, remains one of the region's most treasured landmarks. Over a century later, renowned designer Ken Fulk transformed the Adobe into a warm, timeless gathering place where the stories of old Sonoma continue to unfold.

Three Sticks' vineyards are equally storied. The famed Durell Vineyard, acquired from Ed Durell in 1997, and Gap's Crown Vineyard, added to the family shortly after owner Bill Price sold the iconic Kosta Browne Winery. Together, these sites and the people behind them form the soul of Three Sticks: legendary vineyards, a historic home, and a dedication to producing wines that tell a story in every glass.
