The ETC is designed to offer investors current income and exposure to the share price of select U.S. listed securities. To achieve this, the ETC will hold the Yieldmax Ultra Option Income Strategy ETF (“ULTY”) (the “Underlying Asset”). The Underlying Asset’s objectives are to seek current income and to seek exposure to the share price of select U.S. listed securities, subject to a limit on potential investment gains.
