Achieve promotes Jason Yee to Chief Financial Officer
Seasoned finance executive and long-time Achieve leader tapped to guide company's financial strategy and growth
SAN MATEO, Calif., Sept. 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Achieve, the leader in digital personal finance, has promoted Jason Yee to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Yee, who has served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy for the past nine years, will now oversee Achieve's finance organization and play a central role in driving the company's next stage of growth.
Yee has been instrumental in Achieve's success, leading capital raises, investor relations, corporate finance and long-term strategy. Most recently, he secured strategic equity financing that strengthened the company's financial foundation and positioned Achieve for expansion. He also led a refinancing of corporate debt that delivered greater flexibility and long-term benefits to the business.
With U.S. household debt at all-time highs, millions of Americans are searching for ways to regain control of their finances and create lasting stability. Since 2002, Achieve has helped more than 2 million Americans restructure $35 billion in liabilities, unlocking cash flow and financial stability at scale.
"I am honored to step into the role of CFO at such a pivotal moment in Achieve's journey," said Yee. "Over the past nine years, I've had the privilege of working alongside an incredible team that has developed a truly differentiated approach to helping everyday people better manage their debt and other financial obligations. I look forward to further solidifying Achieve's financial strategy and advancing our mission of helping our millions of members move forward on the path to a better financial future."
Prior to Achieve, Yee built a distinguished career in asset management, serving as Chief Investment Officer of Global & International Equities and Portfolio Manager at Janus Capital Group (now Janus Henderson Investors), where he managed more than $5 billion in assets. Earlier in his career, he held investment leadership roles at Bee & Associates and Janus Capital Group, and later founded Cypress Coast Partners, an investment management firm serving family office clients.
"Jason has been a driving force behind Achieve's financial success and strategic vision," said Andrew Housser, co-founder and co-CEO of Achieve. "His deep expertise, disciplined approach, and ability to execute complex financing transactions make him the right leader to guide our finance team. I am excited to see Jason take on this new role and continue to help Achieve grow and thrive."
Yee holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University, where he was a three-time NCAA All-America selection and co-captain of the men's tennis team.
