BETHESDA, Md., May 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Bridges From School to Work is pleased to announce the appointment of David M. Quilleon as its new CEO. With over two decades of experience in leadership, program development, and community engagement, David brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to the organization.

David joins Bridges From School to Work from Best Buddies International, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President of Global Mission, State Development, & Operations. In this role, he was instrumental in securing $40 million in revenue to support programs and operations, leading teams to significant growth in major gift campaigns, special events, government funding, and foundation revenue. David's extensive experience at Best Buddies also includes roles as Vice President of Programs & State Development at Best Buddies International, State Director at Best Buddies Illinois, Coordinator of Student Activities at Florida Gulf Coast University, and Program Manager at Best Buddies Florida. His leadership style is adaptable to any situation and diverse personalities, and he is proficient in budget development and all aspects of fiscal management.

During a five-year break with Best Buddies International, David served as Executive Director of Palm Beach Pops, Inc., where he managed all operations of Florida's premier pops orchestra. His accomplishments included increasing subscriptions and ticket sales, securing concert sponsorships, and successfully funding community outreach programs.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Journalism from the University of South Florida, where he was elected to serve as Student Body President for two consecutive terms.
