EQS-News: 11880 Solutions AG confirms efficiency strategy for fiscal year 2024: Stable revenue, significant EBITDA growth

 

Essen, 30 April 2025 – 11880 Solutions AG successfully continued its efficiency-focused strategy in fiscal year 2024. The provider of online marketing and telephone services generated revenues of EUR 55.6 million (2023: EUR 57.1 million). EBITDA rose significantly to EUR 3.9 million (2023: EUR 2.6 million), and cash flow was positive. This demonstrates the company’s resilience amid challenging macroeconomic conditions.

The digital business contributed EUR 44.3 million (2023: EUR 44.8 million) to total revenue and generated an EBITDA of EUR 3.8 million (2023: EUR 2.6 million).

In the Directory Assistance segment, which ten years ago accounted for 40 percent of total revenue and generated EUR 21 million, revenue in the 2024 reporting year stood at EUR 11.4 million (2023: EUR 12.3 million). Of this, only EUR 2.7 million came from traditional directory assistance services. Since 2016, 11880 Solutions AG has successfully established a sustainable and future-proof business model with its call centre services, which now compensate for the market-driven decline in directory assistance and account for almost 80 percent of segment revenue. EBITDA in this segment amounted to EUR 0.1 million (2023: EUR 0.0 million).

In the current fiscal year, 11880 Solutions AG is focusing on further development and marketing of werkenntdenBESTEN: consumers can look forward to new features and attractive partner offers, while business customers will benefit from additional tools for reputation management and business analytics.

For fiscal year 2025, 11880 Solutions AG expects consolidated revenue of between EUR 53 million and EUR 57 million and EBITDA of between EUR 3 million and EUR 4 million.
