CINCINNATI, May 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Give Them Ten, a non-profit movement dedicated to creating cat-caring communities, has awarded Angie's Dog House a $5,000 grant to help fund the organization's animal rescue efforts. The grant was announced during a presentation by Deborah Cribbs, founder and director of Give Them Ten, at the 2025 Animal Care Expo | Humane Pro conference by the Humane World for Animals (formerly known as Humane Society of the United States).

Angela Eib, founder of Angie's Dog House, explained that the grant will be used to purchase a new transport van. She said, "We transport an average of 1,500 animals a year to states where they can be adopted into loving homes. Our van has over 400,000 miles, and it's absolutely time for a new one."

"We are thrilled to support the important work Angie's Dog House does to save feline lives," Cribbs shared. She noted that the Alabama-based organization rescues adoptable dogs and cats from high-kill shelters in the south and rehomes them with loving owners as far north as Michigan. "By partnering with more organizations across the country, we can create a nation of cat-caring communities."

The Give Them Ten Movement firmly believes in the power of collaboration and community engagement to bring meaningful change and more humane treatment of cats. More information about the movement and its work can be found at GiveThemTen.org or via email at info@GiveThemTen.org.
