Through this transaction, HLJ Foam will integrate Arlee's home and pet product divisions into its existing consumer division under a new subsidiary, HLJ Consumer Products, LLC. The addition expands HLJ's product portfolio, strengthens its retail and e-commerce reach, and positions the company as a diversified provider of both consumer and industrial products.

As part of the expansion, HLJ Foam is establishing a new manufacturing facility in Missouri, complementing its state-of-the-art Tennessee operation. The new facility will increase production capacity, enhance supply chain efficiencies, and create additional opportunities for regional employment and growth.
