THE ALLEGED WRONGDOING:

On July 24, 2024, Lineage completed its initial public offering of 56,882,051 shares of common stock at $78.00 per share. Then, on April 30, 2025, Lineage reported that its total revenue decreased by 2.7% to $1.29 billion for the quarter. The company attributed the decrease in revenue to "more normal seasonal trends in the first quarter after multiple years of elevated inventory levels."

On this news, Lineage's stock price fell $8.26 per share, or 14.62%, to close at $48.23 per share on April 30, 2025.
