Leader in Critical Power Solutions Hires Industry Veteran to Lead Service Organization and Support Project Growth

Eagle Eye Power Solutions brings on new Sr. Director of Services and Project Management, Allan Wacaster

MEQUON, Wis., Oct. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- With a growing portfolio of utility and telecom service projects, critical power industry experts, Eagle Eye Power Solutions, sought to add leadership experience to manage the growth of their service business.

Some of the critical needs to be addressed with the new hire were:

• Managing a growing national service team of technicians and supervisors
• Negotiating with sub-contracted service partners and provide project supervision
• Lead project management teams and processes across the organization
• Provide field insights to influence product management decisions

After a nationwide search, Eagle Eye landed on Allan Wacaster, an experienced sales and service leader with a background in engineering, service, and project management.
