As construction projects grow more complex, the demand for skilled managers who can accommodate tight schedules and mitigate risks continues to rise. This program offers a structured learning journey through a blend of weekly office hours, a live online session, practical exercises, and industry-used templates and tools.

Participants will gain a strong foundation in modern construction management, including project evaluation and execution, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, and technology integration for enhanced efficiency. Led by expert University of Michigan instructors, the program enables participants to explore how budgets, timelines, resources, and risks are managed while navigating today's construction challenges.

During live sessions, participants will interact with the program instructors and global peers. Upon completion of the program, they will receive a verified certificate of completion from Michigan Engineering Professional Education.

"The multifaceted challenges of modern construction projects require proactive and adept leadership. The Construction Project Management program equips professionals with immediately applicable skills and knowledge to confidently tackle complexities, leverage innovation, and achieve excellence in construction," said Vineet R. Kamat, John L. Tishman Family Professor of Construction Management and Sustainability and the professor of civil and environmental engineering at the University of Michigan.

They can include engineers, architects or designers, real estate developers, general contractors, entrepreneurs, and project management consultants.
