With a newly opened location in Istanbul's Aqua Florya and new restaurants set to debut in Cappadocia, Milan, Mexico City, Ibiza, and Rome, the brand continues to deliver its signature dining experience to high-growth, strategically chosen markets around the world.
The latest expansion reflects the group's commitment to evolving its footprint in line with guest demand, travel trends, and regional opportunity. The company will soon open in Milan (Q3/Q4 2025) and Mexico City's iconic St. Regis hotel (Q4 2025/Q1 2026), followed by additional new markets including Rome and Ibiza in 2026.
