Sequentify and Bio Molecular Systems Partner to Release InfiniSeq™ Myra Protocol for Automated NGS Library Preparation
Life science firms collaborate to deliver faster, simpler, and more scalable targeted sequencing.
REHOVOT, Israel, June 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Sequentify and Bio Molecular Systems (BMS) today announced the release of the InfiniSeq™ Protocol for the Myra® liquid handling system, now available for download from the BMS Script Library. The collaboration brings together Sequentify's rapid, four-step targeted sequencing chemistry and BMS's precision automation technology to deliver a streamlined solution for high-throughput library preparation.

Designed for speed, simplicity, and scale, the InfiniSeq Protocol enables preparation of up to 96 indexed libraries in a single run with minimal hands-on time and no intermediate cleanup. The protocol has been adopted for use in clinical and research applications, including Sequentify's myeloid malignancy and oncology panels, which are used by leading institutions to decentralize genomic testing.
"By combining our InfiniSeq protocol with the Myra system, labs can now automate NGS prep in a matter of minutes with minimal training, fewer errors, and significantly higher throughput," said Tamir Biezuner, CSO and Co-founder of Sequentify. "This enables any lab to scale genomic testing without relying on expensive, specialized robotic infrastructure."
"The Myra's speed, accuracy, and ease-of-use help labs save time while maintaining high-quality results," said Albert Wijngaard, Vice President Global Sales at BMS. "InfiniSeq and Myra combine ease of use with technical precision. This gives labs the confidence to automate without the complexity of steep learning curves or technical barriers."
The InfiniSeq Myra Protocol is available now in the Myra Script Library on the BMS website.
