Company backed by DFW Capital Partners launches with acquisitions of The Boster Center for Multiple Sclerosis and IV Solutions

CHICAGO, Ill., July 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Singlepoint Healthcare (Singlepoint), today announced its official launch as a new healthcare organization focused on providing integrated, patient-centered care for individuals living with complex inflammatory diseases, combining best-in-class infusion services with holistic disease management.

Singlepoint Healthcare Logo

Singlepoint is building a multi-specialty network that brings neurology, rheumatology and immunology together with key ancillary services — including infusion, specialty pharmacy, imaging, rehabilitation, nutrition and behavioral health — through a single point of access. The model is designed to reduce fragmentation, shorten time to advanced therapies and improve outcomes for patients managing complex, chronic inflammatory conditions.

"Our vision is to transform the care experience for patients with chronic inflammatory conditions by connecting services that are traditionally siloed," said Lindsey Savickas, president and chief operating officer of Singlepoint Healthcare. "By aligning specialty physicians with the services their patients use most, we can remove delays, lower friction and give patients and providers a clearer path to care."

Singlepoint Healthcare is led by a seasoned executive team with a strong track record in healthcare innovation and growth. Lindsey Savickas, president and COO, brings more than 25 years of clinical and operational leadership. Chuck Jett, CEO of Singlepoint Healthcare, brings decades of experience leading healthcare and technology-enabled service organizations. Most recently, Savickas served as COO and Jett as CEO of Infusion Associates where they positioned the organization for successful private equity-backed expansion.

As part of its initial strategy, Singlepoint Healthcare has completed the acquisitions of The Boster Center for Multiple Sclerosis (The Boster Center), a nationally recognized MS specialty practice in Columbus, Ohio, and IV Solutions (IVS), a leading provider of clinical pharmacy and home infusion services in Wood Dale, Ill. These acquisitions establish a strong foundation for Singlepoint's integrated model and provide access to critical expertise in both clinical care and pharmaceutical services.

Singlepoint is backed by DFW Capital Partners, a New York-based investor focused on partnering with growth-oriented healthcare and business services companies. The firm works alongside experienced management teams to accelerate expansion, enhance operations and build durable, scalable platforms that deliver long-term value.

"We are excited to support the launch of Singlepoint under the leadership of a proven and experienced management team in Chuck and Lindsey," said DeVer Warner, partner at DFW Capital Partners. "We believe Singlepoint's integrated care model will mitigate paint points across key stakeholders: providers, patients, and payers, and we look forward to expanding the model across the country as we continue to partner with new physicians."
