Survey Reveals Strong Support for Foster Families in Bulgaria, Calls for Reform Intensify

A nationally representative survey conducted in May 2025 by the "Trend" agency on behalf of the National Association for Foster Care (NAPG) reveals increasing public approval of foster care in Bulgaria, while also exposing persistent structural obstacles.
