The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children elects Lincoln Frank as New Board Chair
Lincoln Frank, founder of Quad Partners, has been elected as Chair of the New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children
NEW YORK, Sept. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC), the nation's first child protection agency and a trusted resource for children and families across New York City impacted by trauma, is pleased to announce the election of Lincoln Frank as the Chair of its Board of Directors.

Linc, who served on the NYSPCC Board from 2008 to 2018, is founder and managing partner of Quad Partners, a private equity firm focused on education. His earlier career included roles at J.P. Morgan Capital Corporation, Goldman Sachs & Co., and Skadden Arps. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a B.A. from Wesleyan University. Lincoln and his wife live in New York City, where they raised their four children.
His decade of prior service on the NYSPCC Board reflects his longstanding commitment to child protection and family well-being. His appointment comes as the Board leads the organization through its 150th anniversary year and works to meet the evolving needs of children and families in New York City.
