WASHINGTON — U.S. President Donald Trump said Thursday that his administration has no plans to withdraw U.S. troops from Europe, though it may "move some around a little bit." Trump made the remarks during a White House meeting with Finland's President Alexander Stubb, responding to a question about whether the United States plans to pull out some of its troops from European soil. "No, but we may move some around a little bit," Trump said.
